In Q1 2022, the top 5 sandbox-like games in Colombia displayed diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

Roblox from Roblox Corporation experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from about 90K in late December to around 46K by the end of March. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $14K in late December and gradually decreased to around $9.7K by the end of the quarter. The game maintained a consistent user base, with weekly active users fluctuating around 2M.

Minecraft by Mojang saw weekly downloads hovering around 350, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue started at around $5.5K in late December and declined to approximately $3.2K by the end of March. Active users decreased from about 47K to 37K over the same period.

ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live by NAVER Z Corporation saw weekly downloads ranging from around 15K to 22K. Weekly revenue remained fairly stable, averaging around $200 to $270. The active user base showed steady growth, increasing from about 157K in late December to roughly 180K by the end of March.
